The ones reporting it now feel they have little choice given the seriousness of the accusations whether or not they personally feel this amounts to real evidence. Either way (faked or not) it is of such a serious nature that police involvement is the correct response.
If it is fake then they have been duped into doing so but will have no fear of consequences from the law unless it is felt by the police that malicious intent was the motivation for reporting it and even then likely nothing will happen to them. If they are seen to have had a hand in faking it themselves then that will be another matter entirely.

To me it all seems very convenient, and dumb. Your initials and year of birth in your email address that you are using for illegal sexual activities, using your real name, giving your birth date, giving locations, stating her age, the lack of text speak and smilies. the seemingly total honesty with her which goes against everything we know about the man. I think its a carefully crafted character assassination based on his book and hearsay.
The email address used was discontinued sometime in the past 20 days, apparently the Marko account has gone dead very recently too. Can you spell RED FLAG?
Or else he just was this desperate, dumb, clumsy and honest at the time. I guess the police will try and figure that out, we likely wont know anything for a very long time.
Either way someone is getting some real legal attention and difficulties coming their way.

Statement by Lloyd Evans February 9, 2022
On January 31, 2022 a former colleague began divulging information about my private life in both written and video form. Much of this information was entirely false. While I have been subjected to online harassment in the past, the fact that this person worked closely with me as a volunteer until very recently has afforded them credibility for all their comments and accusations including those that are untrue and defamatory in nature.
I do not understand what motivated this individual to pursue this course and see me as someone worthy of such treatment, but I feel strongly that my actions - for which I seek neither approval nor disapproval - offer no justification for my family and personal life to be targeted with slander.
Despite this attack causing considerable pain and stress, I am profoundly moved by the enormous support and empathy from my loved ones and from among the ex-Jehovah’s Witness community, including many viewers and patrons. I am touched that so many understand that I never set out to portray myself as a perfect individual and I do not need to be such to do my job.
However, due to the fact that I’ve been subjected to treatment that is not just unethical but also considered criminal according to all the applicable legal jurisdictions, I feel compelled to seek legal protection. I am therefore now under the instruction of my legal team who are preparing legal remedies to protect the rights and interests of myself and my family. I may make further comments moving forward, but only under their advice.
With the matter now being handled properly and with the seriousness it deserves, I can now return to the important work I care about. I hope to start uploading to my channel again at the beginning of March. In the meantime, I want to thank everyone who has shown kindness and understanding during this incredibly challenging period.

There appears to be more to come out and people are waiting for the source to spill the beans or give the nod (or something like that).
The Burger guy who did the Kim video said as much on reddit that he knows stuff and has had it confirmed but is waiting for the above to happen. I hope he is the real deal and not bluffing here, it doesnt seem so but i always go with caution.

I hope LE is finished in the advocacy line and I hope enough people make sure that happens behind the scenes regardless of what LE thinks or wants.

lloyd's twitter statement this morning states:.

today photos are being circulated that djana disclosed privately to someone she assumed to be a trusted friend.

i want to make it clear that the woman in the photos is in her 20s and not a sex worker.

They have bagged up the LE threads into a megathread (3 now actually) which makes them much harder to navigate and find stuff now tbh.
The mods there do seem to be taking a much more even handed approach now as well.

Thats all blather as usual, there's little he can do about the pics or anything else apart from take a threatening tone in hopes people back off.
Not content with spending the money on sex tourism for years he's now going to be spending donated funds on preserving / regaining his image that he himself destroyed rather than on the polar opposite purpose it was donated for.
